1. The Service

My Health Coach is an AI-powered personal health coaching application. It provides general health, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching through a conversational AI interface. It is not a medical service.

2. Not Medical Advice

My Health Coach is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.

The coaching, nutritional estimates, and recommendations provided are general in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or health management - particularly if you have any existing medical conditions.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

3. AI Limitations

Your coach is powered by artificial intelligence. While it is designed to be helpful and contextually aware, AI systems can make mistakes. Nutritional estimates, coaching observations, and recommendations may not always be correct. Use your own judgement and consult a professional when in doubt.

The AI coach does not have access to your medical records and is not aware of everything relevant to your health.

4. Your Account

You must be 18 or older to use My Health Coach. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Your Data

Your use of My Health Coach involves the collection and processing of personal health data. By using the service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

You retain ownership of the data you provide. You grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of providing the coaching service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service if you are under 18
• Provide false information about your health or identity
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape any part of the service
• Share your account with others

7. Changes to the Service

My Health Coach is under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time as we improve the service. We welcome your feedback.

8. Availability

We aim to keep My Health Coach available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or changes at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

The My Health Coach app, its design, and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of it without our written permission.

Content you create - food logs, journal entries, coaching conversations - remains yours.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Health Coach and its operators are not liable for:

• Any health outcomes resulting from following coaching advice
• Loss of data
• Interruptions to the service
• Any indirect or consequential loss

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months (or, if the service is free, zero).

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

13. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
